We inform you about the application for participation in the short-term training course “Enhancing Learning through Scientific Inquiry in a Technology Enhanced Environment”, organized by the Regional Center for Education in Science and Mathematics in Science and Mathematics) as part of the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Program (MTSD), in Malaysia, July 1-15, 2020 in Penang.

All expenses (international round-trip flights, accommodation and meals) are funded by the host.

 

Alon Schneidman, education specialist working at the US Embassy in Uzbekistan and English volonteer teacher of Andijan machinery institute visited Urgench branch of TUIT

On February 26 of this year, Alon Schneidman, education specialist working at the US Embassy in Uzbekistan and English volonteer teacher of Andijan machinery institute on the basis of Fulbright visitor specialist program visited Urgench branch of TUIT named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi.  He held an open discussion with the students of the branch.
 

PRESENTATION WAS HELD AT GONZAGA UNIVERSITY, USA ON UZBEK HIGHER EDUCATION


Nizomjon Jumaniyazov, Associate Professor of the Department of Natural and Professional Sciences of Urgench Branch of Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi made a presentation on "Let`s discover Uzbekistan" in order to promote higher education of Uzbekistan abroad, to familiarize the public of Gonzaga University with our national culture and values. 

Maria Manyando, education assistant of Peter Westerback from Finland, creator of the video game Angry Birds, visited the Urgench branch TUIT

February 25, 2020, Maria Manyando, education assistant of Peter Westerback from Finland, creator of the video game Angry Birds, visited the Urgench branch of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammed al-Khwarizmi.

During the visit, a meeting was held with the branch authority and students. M. Manyando also made a presentation on the features of the education system in Finland, the opportunities and living conditions for foreign students.

At the end of the meeting, students received detailed answers to their questions.
